The journey of Mammoth Welding began during high school, where a deep passion for welding was ignited. It was a time of curiosity and hands-on learning that encouraged the pursuit of further education at Butte College. There, the future founder diligently obtained AWS welding certificates, which laid a solid foundation for future endeavors.

Upon completing education, an impressive nine years were spent at a respected local fabrication shop. During this period, extensive work was performed as both a millwright and machinist, allowing for the honing of skills and the gathering of invaluable experience. In addition to the shop role, various side jobs were taken on, which not only supplemented income but also fueled an entrepreneurial spirit.

This unique blend of hands-on experience and the desire to create something of one’s own ultimately culminated in the founding of Mammoth Welding. This venture has facilitated the significant expansion of a passion for welding and fabrication into a thriving enterprise that continues to grow and evolve with every project.
